Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 business days of purchase by submitting our Refund Request form. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. This guarantee does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. 3-business-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund of the price you paid for 100+ Forgotten Native American Recipes within 3 business days of your purchase. You don't need to give a long explanation; a sentence is enough.
2. How to ask for a refund
Fill in our Refund Request form. It asks only for your name, the email address you used to buy the Book, your Paddle order number if you have it, and a short reason. There's no account or login. If you can't use the form, email hello@haroldcooks.com instead.
3. What happens next
- We review every request by hand, usually within 2 business days, and reply by email.
- Our reseller, Paddle, processes approved refunds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
- You'll get the full amount you paid, including any sales tax or VAT collected at checkout.
- After a refund, your license to use the Book ends, so please delete your copies and any printouts.
4. Download problems
If the file won't download or open, or a page looks wrong, write to us first. Nearly every problem can be fixed by sending a fresh link or a different copy of the file. You can still ask for a refund if we can't fix it.
5. Bought it twice by mistake?
Duplicate purchases are refunded in full at any time. Just send a refund request for the extra order.
6. After 3 business days
After 3 business days, refunds are at our discretion, except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway. We're reasonable people.
7. Chargebacks
Please send a refund request before disputing a charge with your bank. It's quicker for you and saves both of us fees. We'll never make a genuine refund request difficult.
8. Your legal rights
This guarantee does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If you're in the UK or EU, you may be asked at checkout to agree that the download starts immediately. That ends the statutory 14-day cancellation period for digital content, but our 3-business-day guarantee still applies.
